Not good so far-haven't received my suitcase yet but it is very difficult to get in touch with someone. No number to call and i finally found a number and it called the outlet store and they said they couldn't help. I have emailed customer service but no response. Have now received a confirmation email but it was very late-2 days after purchase and they still haven't sent it out so probably won't receive it by the time my holiday is so will likely have to send it back.
